- DO YOU OFFER FREE BREAKFAST?
Each OrlandoFunSpots Hotel has a full American breakfast buffet each
morning. Each hotel has a price with breakfast. Kids 10 and under eat
free at the Ramada Resort Eastgate.
- IS THERE A CAR RENTAL ON SITE?
No, But the guest service desk at each hotel can help you arrange one.
- DO YOU HAVE SHUTTLE SERVICE? WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
Yes, The Best Western LBV Resort Hotel has complimentary transportation
to the Disney theme parks and runs every thirty minutes. The Ramada
Resort Eastgate and Travelodge Maingate East have complimentary shuttles
to the Disney Theme Parks and the Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Mall.
These shuttles run on a schedule. When you check in, the front desk
will give you the schedule.
- DO YOU OFFER AIRPORT TRANSFERS? IS THERE A FEE?
No, we suggest using Mears Shuttle service. It costs approximately $17
per person one way and arrangements can be made at the hotel’s
guest service desk. A taxi is approximately $45 one way.
- WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
24 hours prior to the arrival date for all OrlandoFunSpots Hotels.
- CAN I BRING MY PET? IS THERE A CHARGE?
Yes, The Travelodge Maingate East and The Ramada Resort Eastgate
allow pets up to a 40 pound limit, for a $10 daily charge. There are
no pets allowed at the Best Western LBV Resort.
- WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN? CHECK OUT?
The Best Western LBV Resort Hotel: Check-in is 3 p.m., Check-out is
11 a.m.; The Ramada Resort Eastgate: Check-in is 4 p.m. and Check-out
is 11 a.m.; The Travelodge Maingate East: Check in 4pm Check out 12
pm
- IS PARKING FREE?
Ample parking is complimentary for all our guests.
- WHAT IS THE RESORT FEE FOR?
The Resort Fee supplies guests with transportation to the theme parks,
safe in the room, towels by pool, daily newspaper and the use of sports
equipment.
- WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED WHEN I MAKE A RESERVATION?
No, a credit card is used to guarantee your reservations. Upon check-in,
you may pay by cash, money orders, traveler’s checks, and major
credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted at check-in.
- WHAT ARE YOUR RESTAURANT HOURS?
The Best Western LBV Resort Hotel: 7am -11pm.
The Ramada Resort Eastgate: 7am – 11am and 4pm – 11pm.
Travelodge Maingate East: 7am -11pm.
